Two Boilers (Make Cleaver Brook) having capacity 12075 lbs/hr), One Waste Heat Recovery Boiler having capacity 10560 lbs/hr, FCUs (900 in Nos) and AHUs (180 in nos), Primary and Secondary pumps of different capacities for water distribution system, Booster pumps for water supply. Fire Pumps, Fire Sprinkler (3000 in Nos). More than 30,000 Rft MS Black Steel Piping Works.

Having exposure to technical meetings with consultants on technical HVAC Design concepts and equipment Details
Execute Work according to the Shop Drawings
Corresponding with subcontractors / suppliers to evaluate technical and commercial offers and prepare comparison statements
Coordinating with the Quantity Surveyor in terms of issues related to quantities Calculations and cross checking

To execute Welding of pipe at site under ASME Section IX & X Welding & Brazing Standard
Marking of pipe according to Shop Drawing then approval of marking from client and consultant
Installation of the support system for MS HVAC and Fire Fighting pipe before hanging the pipe.
After hanging of beveled Pipes, taking care of alignment of pipe
Pipe is tacked before making butt Joint of Weld and later final capping is completed
Welding tests (Ultrasonic Test Radiography Test and final Hydro Pressure Test) are undergone the quality of weld
Develop detailed plumbing system designs, including pipe layouts, sizing, and specifications, to meet project requirements and codes

Quality Control Executive, Working with Quality Controls department as Quality Control Executive. 
Responsibilities: For co-ordination of all technical activities of project and in order to support the Project Manager, my area of responsibilities includes the followings: Recognize  and  provide  technical  guidance,  when  technical  problems  are   developing  in  the  various disciplines/departments to ensure aims and objectives of project are effectively and economically achieved. To  review  the  engineering  design/deliverables  and  ensure  that  all  design  work  and  deliverables  are  in accordance with the specific project specifications, requirements and standards. To prepare technical package for project proposals / bids. To communication with client and conduit for flow of project information, Concerns/Bottlenecks and to get deliverables acceptance. Planning & preparation of Annual Maintenance Schedule. Making of budget of spare parts and other accessories of equipment’s on yearly basis and to keep spare parts in inventory. To Manage the Material regarding maintenance requirements.
